The global tech industry is intent on selling on the wonders of 5G high speed connectivity and networking. Now the latest bid to capture our attention in that realm comes from Japanese wireless giant NTT Docomo.
In the new video from the Japanese tech company we see mostly augmented reality (simulated) in action doing everything from controlling drones, to education, to advertising. It’s an amazing vision that, at one point even includes a Google Glass style wearable and an augmented reality motorcycle headset.
But is does it really represent the reality of 5G? We’ll know soon as 5G networks are now being deployed worldwide and likely reach mass penetration over the next five years. You can check out the video above.
